You can choose from the following delivery options based on your needs:

Sagawa Express	Free nationwide
Yamato Transport	From ¥1,650 (¥1,500 tax excluded)
Sagawa Air Freight	From ¥3,300 (¥3,000 tax excluded)

Estimated Delivery Time (from dispatch to arrival)

The turnaround time (ex: X Business Days) refers to the day your order will be dispatched from the print facility. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Honshu / Shikoku	1-2 days after dispatch
Kyushu	2-3 days after dispatch
Hokkaido	2-3 days after dispatch
Okinawa / Remote Islands	4 days or more after dispatch

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery carrier and local/weather conditions.

Important: Time-slot delivery is not guaranteed
Requested time windows are treated as delivery preferences only. Depending on traffic, weather, and the carrier's delivery situation, your order may not arrive within the selected timeframe. Some regions may not support time-slot delivery.

What to Check Upon Delivery

When your order arrives, please confirm the following:

1. Condition of outer box: Check for damage or moisture.
2. Quantity: Ensure the delivered quantity matches your order.
3. Production condition: Check for scratches, stains or printing defects.
4. Specifications: Verify size, paper type, and colors are correct.

Notes on Delivery Times

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
During peak seasons (ex: fiscal year-end, holiday periods) shipping may take longer than usual.
Please allow extra time when placing orders during busy periods.

Redelivery Due to Missed Delivery

If redelivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned to the print facility because the courier can no longer store it, additional shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

Please respond promptly to any missed-delivery notices from the carrier.
