Guarantee Limitations for Non-Recommended Formats/Software
Some file formats and software may increase the risk of printing issues.
To ensure accurate output, please submit data in industry-standard formats such as PDF/X-4, or CMYK data created in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
Uploading Sample Images & Processing Instructions
Correct Upload Method
Upload reference images and processing instruction files only through the “Upload Sample Image” field.
Risk of Incorrect Upload
If reference images or instruction files are uploaded in the same field as the print data, our system may incorrectly treat those files as print-ready data and print them unintentionally. To avoid this, please use the correct upload field for each file type.
Please upload these files separately using the designated upload field.
File Naming Rules for Reference Images & Instruction Files
To ensure our data check team can clearly identify files that are not intended for printing, please include the following keywords in the file name.
Examples for Reference Images (samples)
