How long it will take for your order to arrive at your door depends on two things: the turnaround for the product ordered (including custom finishings) + the delivery time required to ship to your address.

The production turnaround for any given product is displayed as x number of business days. This is when the product is ready to be shipped and *not* when it arrives at your address.

Our turnaround times refer solely to production. The turnaround is calculated from the time your data is confirmed as print-ready and your payment is completed. If your order needs revised files, is placed on hold, is awaiting proof approval or payment, the turnaround time starts from the time the final check is given.

You can place orders anytime, but orders are not processed on weekends or Japanese holidays. The print deadline is 11am every morning, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11am will be counted towards the following business day's production time.

Turnaround time (in business days) is calculated starting from the 'Order Acceptance Date (Day 0)'. Your order will be dispatched from the print facility after the number of business days selected at checkout (ex: 4 business days) has elapsed.

Please note that the time you place your order does not automatically become the acceptance date. Your order is considered accepted Day 0 only when all of the following are completed by 11am on that day.

3. 3. Print-ready data is submitted and passes data checks without errors

If payment or data submission is completed after the 11am cutoff, or if data issues require resubmission, your acceptance date will shift to the next business day.

'X Business Days' refers to weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
These non-operating days are not counted in the turnaround schedule.

If your submitted data requires corrections or resubmission, the turnaround time will be recalculated from the new Order Acceptance Date, which is the day the final print-ready data is confirmed.

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or major transportation delays, shipments from the print facility or pick-up by the courier may be affected. Please understand that this may result in unavoidable delays.
